I worked at Client Network Services (More than 5 years)

    Pros

CNSI was the first company I worked after completing my studies. It's a great place to work and people get to learn a lot of new stuff. Lot of good colleagues and managers who are always willing to guide and help their teams. Overall, a great place to work!

    Cons

There aren't any downsides of working here.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Client Network Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have a good break area in the MD office

    Cons

The employees in the MD office are 95% Indian. So much for diversity. I would assume this is because the other 95% of the races are not qualified. I guess Apple, Amazon, and Google must be lucky as they seem to find a very diverse group of employees. Then again, maybe they do it because they can threaten them by sending them back to India if they do not do exactly as they are told.

    Advice to Management

That corner office you have and that Audi R8 you drive does not make a you a leader. It just makes you an egotistical idiot with zero leadership skills.

    Pros

good balance of work and personal life.

    Cons

Team leads and Managers act like they own you, they want you to be scared, showing off that you work late nights saves your job and gets you a fat bonus.

I worked at Client Network Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Green Card Processing
    Lots of opportunities to Learn
    good co workers
Salary is good now a days.

    Cons

    Lots of internal politics
Cost cutting is everywhere. Due to this the end product delivered will be a cheap quality one.

    Advice to Management

Dont encourage employees who try to infuence with politics. Try to see what an employee accomplished before gauging that person based on others remarks/comments. There are lots of ways you can find a persons worth instead of listening to those idiots.

    Pros

you have a job.. thats all.

    Cons

Highly unstructured. Unprofessional.. and managers are irresponsible. They have no idea what is going on in the project.. your work depends on your immediate contact or supervisor who could be a junior programer who know nothing about managing and delegating work. Biased towards male workers.

Managers are arrogant. Talk only with other managers. They walk past you even after you greet them.

    Pros

Mid size company with small size focus. Very MMIS customer focussed.

    Cons

    Too narrow focus.
Will not take a stand if customer is wrong.

    Advice to Management

Allow growth of the people from outside. The Management is too crowded with people who have no outside CNSI experience.

    Cons

Some politics and partiality toward some employees

    Advice to Management

Senior Management is awesome but they need to be vigilant about the new opportunities in the health care arena. It isn't good to put all the eggs in one basket.
