    I have been working at Client Network Services full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    -Lot of technologies to learn
    -Flexible mgmt incase if you have work from home in emergencies.

    Cons

    -Lot of internal politics. Lot of managers who demand things to be done asap.
    -No such thing as long weekend.
    -Be prepared to be laid off if project is not doing well. Doesn't matter whether you are a newbie or a seasoned employee.
    -Below avg pay scale for junior and mid-level employees.

    Advice to Management

    Pls take opinions from Jr level employees about the upper management. You will get true feedback on what is happening

    Depends on your manager & Team;

    Cons

    No work-life balance; Expect to work every long weekend and weekend.
    Don't come with dream with the promises made during hire
    Bad Management and Internal Politics
    Be ready to get laid off if you don't have a project - there is no bench period.
