I worked at Clinica Sierra Vista full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Greatest caring and hardworking co-workers you could ask for. The only good outcome is the people you bond with thats if you get the chance to.

    Cons

Management sucks. They will backstab anyone to move up poaitions. Treat you like mule and overwork you. They belittle you amd take advantage of your work.

    Advice to Management

Get god in your heart and soul and change for the good, not for the money.

    Pros

These folks mean what they say in their mission statement. We work tirelessly to fulfill our mission. We take the best care we know how of people in overlooked parts of the state. Nearly everybody here works very hard.

    Cons

It can be a lot of work. And it can sometimes get the best of you.

    Advice to Management

Better accommodation of staff work schedule needs.

I have been working at Clinica Sierra Vista full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can occasionally help a patient in true need.

    Cons

They are advertised as "helping the needy" but lets be honest, it is all about the money. Employees are paid very minimum however the CEO continues to get huge raises (remember Steve, 501c3 companies have all their financials listed as public record, you aren't fooling anyone)

    Advice to Management

Stop telling everyone they are replaceable.
