Can be slow times, sometimes may have to travel more than an hour from at times without per diem. Pay rate can fluxiuate from job to job.

Financially viable company continuing to grow at expense of competitors. Pays management roles above average for market and industry. Recently placed meaningful focus on employee satisfaction and culture of transparent communication and inclusion.

Senior leaders use the right words but consistently fail when it comes down to demonstrating core values and real appreciation for employees. Multiple failures to ensure non-hostile and safe workplace. Mixed messages from different senior leaders.
