Pros
Some, work / life balance
Cons
Downside to being hired on as an entry level position for Lab Assistant, so the company can get away for paying you, entry level pay for a position , that is not by any means, entry level. So much responsibility and work for this area, that not even the manager wants to learn the ins and outs of this position to fully understand all the responsibility this area has, but yet will be quick to hold you accountable as soon as something happens/ and or you don't do things of this managers liking.

Dec 15, 2022 - Driver/Courier in Atlanta, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The schedule is pretty flexible. Pay is decent. You drive a company vehicle instead of your own.
Cons
If you're not part of the regional manager's chosen few, you're not getting ahead. The definition of micromanagement in the dictionary has Clinical Pathology Laboratories as an example. They also make up nonsensical procedures for the lab they don't even have in this state.
