      They are willing to train and give opportunities to further advance your career.

      Work from home which I sometimes would like to work in an office setting a few days a week.

        Easy to work with. They set up travel, housing, and transporation!!!! Pay is very faqir

        Cons

        After hours staff can be difficult to get hold of but this has never significantly interfered with my job or travel.

      Regarding surgical services for NOVANT Health in the NC area: It is not disclosed during the interview that RNs & ST may be required to float to other facilities. Upon progressing through corporate orientation & many days later, arriving to the unit, new employees are then are presented with the full job description & asked to sign it. This is where the floating info is found. Make SURE to ask about this topic during the interview & READ your job description thoroughly!
