Pros
Great team dynamics. You will be working around very smart people who really care abut their job. The culture of this organization is amazing and as an intern is a great place to strat and learn more about the non-profit sector with emphasis on public-private partnerships.
Cons
Since there are too many departments communication sometimes gets lost but is usually fastly overcome.

Pros
Great coworkers, material aligns well with my academic focus, the work feels rewarding, and a great place to make fantastic contacts.
Cons
It can take a bit to get used to the work being done here, especially if this is a first job out of college.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Clinton Global Initiative for less than a year
Pros
Great place to network, get your foot in the door for other foundations or if you really like the Clintons
Cons
Quality of work is not too great, people are concerned about petty administrative procedures. More hierarchical then I imagined. You would think working in a foundation means you will be surrounded by genuine, friendly people...think again.
Advice to Management
Try to create a more horizontal management approach.
