- "Also, management was always trying to scheme against their own employees, setting unreasonable and unattainable goals so people would fail." (in 4 reviews)
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Wonderful work place and colleagues. Innovative products. Linda Suh, Jeff Johnson, and Kathy Tyler--excellent leaders.
Cons
Often understaffed; and a difficult commute.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Nice people, good atmosphere
Cons
Management has no idea

Pros
-Brand is trusted by consumers -Five free products - never buy a baby shower gift again -Gym on site, although old equipment -It's not a hostile environment, just a bit lost -Good if you keep your head to the ground and don't care about growth
Cons
-Management has no strategic plan. They seem to use the Throw Spaghetti At the Wall method (taught at University Olive Garden) - try anything and see what sticks. -No consumer or product testing before going to market. Relies solely on the temperature of retailer buyers. -Raises are at most 3% annually if you're lucky. Negotiate a fair salary if given an offer - you will be low balled. -Company has grown relatively fast and management doesn't have the pedigree to play in the big leagues. -Management lacks trust in their employees - Easy to get more work and projects, but nearly impossible to be compensated for taking on more. -Roles change frequently, and responsibilities are blurred. It's far too easy to pass the buck off to someone else because of this. Thus, projects get delayed and staff waste time running around trying to find answers.

Pros
Wonderful products, a very good team now on every level, more transparent and open management now, things are looking up. People are encouraged to share ideas and be creative and positive. We like it here.
Cons
Every business has problems - nothing is perfect. Some ex-employees are quite bitter and appear to have an ax to grind. Because things have changed a lot here in the past couple of months, I would say that most of the past postings are outdated and are no longer accurate descriptions of the current environment. How would a past employee really know what's going on now if they no longer work here? Many ex-employees also now work for competitors, so I am somewhat suspicious of that type of posting as self-serving at best.

Pros
This company had two things going for it in past years- Sleep Sheep and Twilight Turtle, which carried the brand to success, but unfortunately, due to the lack of ingenuity and imagination in product development, the brand is really losing it's cool/trendy factor.
Cons
1. High Turnover- within the last two years roughly 15 people have quit or left the company, and as many were fired or laid off. In a company with around 60 employees, that's nearly a 50% turnover rate in 2 years. 2. Bad Management- The management team is very unprofessional. Certain individuals are dishonest, passive aggressive, rude, patronizing, openly hostile with both internal and external parties, and have no leadership skills. The majority of the C-level managers are inept in basic business and refuse to the listen to the advise of the professionals they hire, who are experts in their respective fields. 3. Unhealthy work environment. Because of the above reasons, staff is always under pressure to fill the gap that management's failures have created, leaving employees stressed, frustrated, and frankly, looking for other jobs. 4. Company health- I wouldn't give the company more than a year before it folds or is forced to sell.

Pros
- The newness of the company allows for freedom - The product reflects a true desire to heal and help - Although working long and hard coworkers are kind and compassionate to one another. - Diverse and open mix of people - Great growth potential
Cons
- In honor of fairness and integrity there have been times when unqualified folks have been reluctant to grow but kept in place......Growth in any organization can, by necessity, cause needs for change and new thinking.

Pros
-There are no pros when the company isn't making any money
Cons
-Upper management has no backbone. They let their subordinates run around and do things that are detrimental to the company, but will not lay the hammer down. -Company is losing lots of money and will not be around for much longer -Sales team operates as if we are in the 90's. It's 2014! Get with the new program -Not willing to evolve, grow, or educate themselves on new trends. I had lots of ideas to bring to the table that would make millions, but they said no because i was "young". I took those ideas, opened my own company, and now I am generating revenue quicker then I expected.I could have done the same for CB, but they didn't want it. Losing money makes more sense to them.

Pros
Cloud b culture: diverse, relaxed and creative. Senior management has an open-door policy and everyone gets along well. The company is continuously rolling out innovative and adorable products and is acquiring more and more fame as luxury brand. Additionally, Cloud b donates its time to organizations that help children in need. It's a pleasure to work for a company that does some good in the world!
Cons
The commute is occasionally difficult.

Pros
Some of the people were very nice and talented
Cons
When I first started at the company I was really enthused about the products and the team. Boy was I wrong. It’s not unusual for sales team to have high turn over but this was really disheartening. People were leaving left and right so quickly that you never knew coming into work who was giving their notice. Also, management was always trying to scheme against their own employees, setting unreasonable and unattainable goals so people would fail. The management team is truly running this place down to the ground, but they hide behind their lies and point fingers to people that have been loyal to them. This place truly defines passive aggressiveness at it’s finest. They all lack business acumen that is needed to run a "business" which is a big concern. This place has one of the worst management team that I have ever seen.
