Pros
Amazing Company with plenty of opportunities. The most important thing I want to add is the core culture & values - FORTE which everyone follows in the organization.
Cons
I joined in pandemic so the only downside i see is i am remote and not much of exposure with teammates. This has nothing to do with the company.

- Excellent people to work with - Mainly works on System Integration of one of the leading CLM products so it has a steady flow of work - Has a fast expanding business stream in Cloud Engineering and other Microsoft products, too - Great benefits and very open work culture
Cons
- Needs to ramp up its sale's strategies - Heavily dependent on implantation of just one product "Icertis" - can do much better if it adds consulting services on other products like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday etc. with which Icertis can be seamlessly integrated - Can do a bit better by avoiding layoffs during recessions as people who gain knowledge and experience on the Icertis product during the job will usually be difficult to find when the economic scenario gets better

I actually can't think of any.

In my whole career in consulting, I believe Cloudmoyo is the worst company I have worked for concerning work culture, networking, work life balance as calls were required with offshore during early morning and very late nights M-F. The leadership lacks direction and usually talks bad about the client frequently when they are not there. I understand many companies do this, but it got to the point of awkwardness hearing the comments. I really feel bad for the clients that are giving Cloudmoyo money. Terrible relationship management
