I have been working at Club House Creations full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I'm really enjoying working at Club House Creations. It's a really friendly environment; people sit together at lunch in the kitchen and there's an evident sense of camaraderie amongst the team. It's a growing company, which is always exciting. I have good hours, and a generous lunch hour. I value the diverse employees, they have interesting professional backgrounds, are at various stages in their career and experience, and all have a unique perspective to contribute. The work environment is comfortable, and we have refreshments in the kitchen such as coffee, tea, and snacks which are always appreciated. Overall, management obviously cares about the happiness and work life balance of its employees and it's rare to find that sort of mutually beneficial relationship.

    Cons

sometimes work space is too quiet, garment district can be very densely populated which can make train commutes feel like a tin of sardines

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

None. Absolutely none to be had.

    Cons

Employees treated like scum; salaries were appallingly low; long hours, zero morale; 10 employees fired in 6 months, ridiculous turnover; Narcissistic owners who only cared about themselves and their appearance; complete lack of direction from owners... employee paychecks were even unreliable. A miserable experience... Only work there if you are desparate and don't mind having your soul crushed.

    Advice to Management

The manager is a puppet whose hands are tied on all counts. Management does what the owners enforce. It's pathetic.

    Pros

There are no good reasons to work at this company, unless a person is really desperate for a job. The employees are treated worse than dogs.

    Cons

There is a revolving door of employees. The owners have no respect for their employees at all, and people are fired on a regular basis with no valid explanation. The owners are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

Employees are human beings and deserve to be treated with a fundamental respect. The owner and president of this company need an education. Money does not buy Class.
