Culture is amazing. The management really cares about the members and finding wellness for everyone.

The free gym membership was alright especially once I found out how expensive they were. Unfortunately they did not include spouses so I ended up working out with her more at the YMCA.
Cons
Unpaid mandatory company meetings. Dishonest with wages and hours agreed upon after starting.
