    Pros

Great recruiters! They will really work hard for you and make sure everything is going smoothly for you. If there is a problem, they are quick to correct. Working for the company as a contractor and they lay it out very straight forward for you. Good benefits too.

    Cons

Wish the medical insurance was lower, but does cover really well when you need it.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

The pay and work place are good

    Cons

The recruiter is terrible at communicating and never returns my calls or emails. She does not advocate for me as my past recruiters with other companies did. My contract was terminated early and nowhere in my contract did that say that is was a possibility.

    Advice to Management

Get your recruiters to reply to their therapists. Make sure everything that the recruiter says is in the contract, is actually in the contract.

I have been working at Club Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Megan Halsch is the best! She gives you undivided attention with assignments making you feel as if she was your own personal assistant! My experience is short lived but wonderful! I look forward to many more adventures and assignments with this company!

    Cons

None! Very great place, staff in all areas. Maybe one con, some type of tuition reimbursement or longer notice time before assignment cancels. Travelers with short term leasing need that benefit if they do the work on their own

    Advice to Management

Keep Megan Halsch forever! She makes the experience feel like a breeze. Whatever bonuses you all are handing out give her twice the amount!

    Pros

Great pay, above average benefits. The recruiters are wonderful to work with and always
help you in anyway possible. The organization has someone to help you with every possible
question or concern you may have. They make sure you are comfortable and your compensation
is Justas important to them as the companies compensation. This is a Great Company

    Cons

Could get a larger variety of assignments. A majority are based out west, California, Texas, Arizona, and Washington State. Great paces, but the east coast would be nice to have more of.

    Advice to Management

Add Aflac, more life insurance options.

I have been working at Club Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great recruiter communication. New merger with AMN was bumpy but offers a good national base.

    Cons

Limited job listings in Baltimore area. No security with contracts so you can be out of a contract in a day's notice or given minimal hours. Need to have a PRN backup.

    Advice to Management

    Have more job listings

    Pros

Experiencing new towns and states. They allow you to take your pet. They will set up housing, flight, rental car for you.

    Cons

Some contracts are short and some are lengthy. Being away from family can be a con, sometimes a pro.

    Advice to Management

Not much advice to be given. I have always been pleased with the quick response from any and every member of the company. Overall a good company.

I have been working at Club Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, motivated recruitors, good health insurance, very responsive

    Cons

I don't have any problems with Club Staffing. Traveling therapy is not for me. It can be difficulty to sustain contracts to 13 weeks and you may get pressure to take a full time position or move on. But if you're interested in contract work this is an excellent company.

I have been working at Club Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My recruiter at Club really was and is still one of my favorite people to work with traveling as a respiratory therapist. He always checked in to check on me to see if i needed anything and how my assignment was going. Thank you Mason Stebbins for everything. People like you make or break a company!

    Cons

I have nothing bad to say

    Advice to Management

If i ever had a problem that Mason couldnt take care of, then the upper management took good care of me. Strong company to work for!
