    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Club Z for less than a year

    Pros

Able to set own hours, good pay and the ability to practically act like your own boss. Great as a supplement job.

    Cons

A lot of driving, not enough hours. Hoping that pay outweighs the expense of gas. So far , the students and parents have been great.

    Advice to Management

It would be greatly helpful if management was able to do more advertising... lack of clients/hours is the only real con.

I worked at Club Z for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, easy hours. Usually friendly families who you work with.

    Cons

Long far drives, 1099 (you have to pay money back to the government), inconvenience depending where you live.

    Advice to Management

Try to work hard and be kind and it's for the kids.

I have been working at Club Z

    Pros

Pay is fair for what you do, but having to pay for your own gas to go to some of the job locations really sucks.

    Cons

Sometimes you get students who are too far to compensate for the gas you use unless you have many in the same area. Tutoring can be challenging with difficult students who don't care.

    Advice to Management

Take the time communicate with your employees so that they stay from school year to school year. Adding a benefits package to tutors who work more constant hours.

    I worked at Club Z

    Pros

    THey find clients for you

    Cons

Cheapskates when it comes to pay. THey take a big chunk of the fees, and give near half, yet no gas reimbursement

    Advice to Management

Reimburse for gas and do mmore marketing.
