I have been working at ClubSport part-time

    Pros

Flexible shift hours, free membership, discounts on camps, food, training sessions and classes.

    Cons

Clubsport used to provide daycare while on your shift. I sure miss that benefit.

    Advice to Management

Have a more upbeat attitude towards staff. You all seem so tense and forget that we should be treated as well as our guests. We work hard for you.

I have been working at ClubSport part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free club membership and guest access. Some of the people are really wonderful and it can be fun if you choose to make it fun.

    Cons

Two faced people. Employers couldn't care less about you or the success of the cafe. Not to mention, whoa, hello sexism!

    Advice to Management

Get some training in treating the sexes equally and listen to your employees. Don't just pretend and smile and nod.

I have been working at ClubSport part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nicest members! Love the students!!! The facility is well maintained and personnel are great to work with. Made strong friendship connections over the 7 yrs I have worked here. Feels like a second home here. 😊

    Cons

No benefits for the instructors that teach at this facility. It would be great to have affordable insurance. Other than that it has been perfect for me.

    Advice to Management

Keep the managers you have. They are genuine and work hard to make this place great.

I worked at ClubSport part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free gym membership including classes and all equipment
Flexible managers who help with getting shifts covered
    Friendly staff and coworkers

    Cons

Sometimes managers didn't communicate all rules to employees and trainings weren't very thorough. Because of this when mistakes were made blame was put on the employees, when really they should have been trained better.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication

    Pros

I worked in the ClubKid department from January 2016 to 2017 and I had some great experiences because of the friendly staff. I have made some lifelong friends and most of the children there are very respectful. You get a free gym membership, which saves you about $130 per month.

    Cons

I only got paid $10.75 per hour there. It is not always easy to get your shifts covered, but that is like most jobs.
