I worked at CoWorx Staffing full-time

    Pros

The agents were the best part of the job. I always enjoyed speaking with them, learning about them, and working and guiding them. You will learn a lot about human resources and payroll/staffing management.

    Cons

CoWorx upper management (those involved with corporate) condones a hostile/racist work environment. Upper management has brushed unprofessional conversations and situations under the rug to protect certain employees. Onsite Supervisors are treated exactly the same as agents, but with less benefits. Extremely low pay for the work/flexibility you are asked to perform, and processes change consistently on the... client/internal side. You may be the best onsite (or think you are) and in the blink of an eye can lose your job. Communication is extremely poor and the office is disorganized. I would strongly suggest that if you obtain an interview for an internal/onsite position, run away as fast as you can.

    Advice to Management

Micromanaging is not the best way to run an office, and protecting upper management from being removed from the company for your own personal gain is not going to help the business grow long-term. I'll be surprised if Sequential even decides to renegotiate or renew the contract.

I have been working at CoWorx Staffing

    Pros

pay is on time, lax environment, no drug test, no much else.....just need to get to twenty words for this review

    Cons

Low pay, no paid time off, laughable benefits, no incentive to work hard, limited advancement opportunists.

    Advice to Management

If you want to keep talented people than get rid of contracts and hire people directly. nothing is more of a slap in the face than seeing coworx get paid while you make peanuts

I worked at CoWorx Staffing for less than a year

    Pros

Not many, unless you are desperate for a low paying job.

    Cons

The jobs that they pick up from their clients are extremely low pay. When you reach out to a hiring manager they rarely call you back. You are apparently not considered a priority unless it directly benefits a staff member.

    Advice to Management

Treat people with respect. If you say you are going to do something, follow through. Make certain that your recruiting staff understand that their employees made the business run. Without them there would be no reason to have the agency. Make sure that Management trains the recruiters correctly and keeps tabs on them to gauge professionalism.

I have been working at CoWorx Staffing full-time

    Pros

    Director level management is good.

    Cons

Low pay to internal employees, no training, antiquated computer systems.

    Advice to Management

Offer training to your new employees. Hire enough employees in the branches so they can be successful and create a less stressful work environment. Pay people what they are worth.
