    Beautiful things, great quality, very professional, clear guidelines from cooperate, fast computers. Good discount and some smarter good people to work for

    Pay difference and the company has been changing a lot with the new designer, different work environment starting to from. And favoritism

    Pros

    nice and good quality product. great location and generally speaking stylish fashion forward new design merchandise.

    Cons

    old costumers are still adjusting to the new concept. dress code should be the same for everybody.

    Advice to Management

    Talk to the salespeople and back stock, get to know them, ask for feedback about product and what people is looking for. don't loose touch with the very core of coach.

    So many tools that help you succeed. Great hard working staff. Great discount

    Company is moving to a different direction, quality workers are being looked over and being replaced by external hires who don't have the knowledge or the drive buy willing to work for a smaller salary.

    Great pay for retail. Flexible schedule for the most part. Good training for sales tactics. Monthly and yearly bonuses.

    Cons

    Hard to move up due to the low turnover rate of management. Long hour days during holidays.

    Depending on volume size, great work life balance & 60-75% off deletes. Lots of incentives like teamshare, SOPS, etc.

    Cons

    Dress code can be expensive. Company is strict on "looking the part". And Black Friday times keep getting earlier.

    Promote more within and provide more discounts on jewelry, shoes, & mens belts to make "looking the part" more affordable.
