    Great company to work for. It's very exciting to be a part of a company that's always innovating in just about every aspect of the company.

    The individuals who work here are some of the smartest and talented people in their fields.

    Cons

    The size of the company can sometimes make what is normally simple task a bit of challenge.

    Pros

    Great team, always amazing people. The product is fantastic and they provide really good training materials to help you become well versed in selling. Team share bonus structure so there's less competitiveness/cattiness between associates. Good health insurance coverage.

    Cons

    If you're at an associate level, they don't promote up very much.

    Advice to Management

    Stay on the selling floor and keep your people accountable. Most importantly, set an example and don't be hypocrites

    Amazing environment and the staff is so well informed and gracious.

    Cons

    Not many. Wish that the product wasn't so good, you never deal with complaints.

    Advice to Management

    Try and prevent Saks and Macy's from carrying your product in the same complex.

    Your team can qualify for monthly bonuses if sales goals are met. The culture and people are great. Work/Life balance is unbeatable - this company truly cares.

    Cons

    It appears that upward mobility beyond the SM role may be a challenge.
