    Pros

    Great company to work for. It's very exciting to be a part of a company that's always innovating in just about every aspect of the company.

    The individuals who work here are some of the smartest and talented people in their fields.

    Cons

    The size of the company can sometimes make what is normally simple task a bit of challenge.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Team work makes the dream work!

    Pros

    An amazing product makes customers and employees enthusiastic and excited to work with one another. Great atmosphere because everyone wants to be in the store!

    Cons

    I honestly cannot think of anything at this time. The job requires high energy and attention to detail (in any position/level of the company) so don't think for a minute that this a job that allows you to stand around and not participate in the overall Coach experience.

    Advice to Management

    Posting schedules at least 2-3 weeks ahead of time

    - best place to work in fashion industry
    - many sr level mentors
    - learn a lot about leadership
    - constant feedback

    Cons

    - basically, very hierarchical,
    - jobs are very narrowly defined
    - difficult to affect decisions
    - corp hq is in inconvenient location. no food options in area

    Advice to Management

    go for more accessible price points and close down more stores. possible acquisition of other contemporary brands should be considered

    Pros

    Coach employees very smart and genuinely nice people. Senior management is aware of and involved in everything that goes on which is good because it makes you feel like your job and the projects you are working on, no matter how seemingly small, really do matter to the business as a whole. People are very good at giving you the tools and advice you need to be successful and it's a highly collaborative environment.

    Cons

    It's not really a con but prepared to work extremely hard if you are thinking about working at Coach. It's definitely a place where you can't just "survive" - you need to actually thrive if you want to succeed.

    Brilliant people, good performance review system, best in business, great brand, great leaders, ability to grow, learn and take on more responsibility, openness to change

    High expectations, long hours, sompany of perfectionists makes it hard to find work/life balance, not enough office space

    Pros

    Great company. They treat their employees very well and the benefits are terrific. It is a great brand with solid financials.

    Cons

    It can be an aggressive environment in terms of work/life balance. There is little room or time for making mistakes

    Advice to Management

    Senior management does a terrific job staying informed on all aspects of the company operations. Opportunity for continued improvement would be to have more foresight and be more proactive in developing IS systems. Many systems have been built and customized in response to a problem rather being proactive.

    Great environment
    The people are awesome
    Not commission so it doesn't feel forced!
    If you love the product, it is super fun and easy to show customer
    Will work with your schedule

    Cons

    YOU WANT TO BUY EVERYTHING... you have to have great self control!
    Sometimes people will try and steal your sale--it isn't commission, but you still want to meet your goals.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage your sales associates, and when possible if they are helping a customer, pull the add ons for them so they do not have to take time to look all over! Our management was great at this!

    Pros

    Constantly learning. Ever changing work environment. Great product. Opportunity to be surrounded by extremely smart individuals to learn from and be mentored by.

    Cons

    The only downside I find with working at Coach is the lack of work - life balance. There are long hours and I find myself working even when I leave the office.
