I worked at Coach full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

salaries are high and the product, especially the clothing, is really cool. I made great friends and i learned a tremendous amount about my values in a work place. Lots of Lady Bosses and that always a pro.

    Cons

I've been waiting almost a year to write this review because it was such a hard place to come to after being at a family oriented, work life balanced company. There are rounds and rounds of layoffs- which, i understand, is part of rebranding but the coldness of HR and how undervalued you are is in the air as people whisper about the company leaders. Lots of employees dont trust each other, they warn you not to tell anyone where you are going when you leave. The benefits as a mother or mother to be are horrific. 6 wks half pay. and the cafeteria food is certainly like the cafeteria of our school days: NONorganic and lots of beef strogenoff.

    Advice to Management

Why not become a Company House that fully cares for the whole employee, UP your benefits, support time off with your family, encourage working from home occasionally. And work on the heads of the company feeling secure so they can cascade that feeling down onto their teams.

I have been working at Coach part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company is great, the management and coworkers are wonderful people. The job is easy and pays very good.

    Cons

Although my managers are nice, the job they do is not so nice. They give little to no hours to the people that have been there longer and give the newer people the better hours.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the management would be to give more than 15 hours a week to the people that have been there longer and work on making the schedule.
