    I worked at Coach part-time

    Pros

    65% off outlet
    50% off retail
monthly bonuses if your store makes monthly goals
bonuses can be as little as $90 or as much as $600 if your in the top 3 of sales associates

    Cons

even though you get paid hourly you are BASICALLY a SALESMAN because you get uncomfortably pressured to sell a certain amount of items, and transaction amounts per hour (without the physical commission b/c they are too cheap to actually pay employees that and an hourly wage)
part timers get little to no hours.
there are three levels of part-timers
the second and third level is little to NO benefits including things such as paid time off, sicks days and holiday pay.
DRESS CODE is terrible, it takes away individuality as if you are in prison or have sold your soul to the company. The huge hassle is NOT worth what little you get in return. You told what nail, lip, and hair color is acceptable which is pretty many natural colors. White nail polish is not allowed. Can only wear black and gray items.
I got paid MORE and was treated with WAY more dignity at H&M and coach is supposed to be higher up ...

    Advice to Management

Stop setting unrealistic goals to your part timers that barely work enough to perfect their craft or to even meet the needs of the company.
Be more down to earth .
