    Pros

    Excellent Money , Steady Work and great benefits.

    Cons

    Low Retention Rate of employees , barely any time off .

    Advice to Management

    Spread workload amongst all employees, not just recent employees . By doing this workers will have access to more off days and your rentention rate will improve .

    I worked at Coach USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Will hire anyone. No drug tests. The work it self is very easy. Casual dress code. Decent starting salary. Most co-workers are decent enough to work with.

    Cons

    Management is horrendous. Focus only on certain individuals. Namely the favorites. Imbalanced punishments. If you work third shift you will never have any contact with management other than an email you get at the start of your next shift from the night before. Does not reward work effort as much as appearance. Was full-time for over a year without advancement or pay increase. It took 28 days from the time I EMAILED my manager to speak with him before he found the time to see me. (It had been 4 months since the previous time we spoke in person)

    Advice to Management

    Connect with your employees

    Make all shifts accessable to managers

    Accommodate the employees you hire

    Train new hires and do not rely on them to just pick it up.

    1) Have one format for all of the reports.
    2) Make all shifts do the reports in the same format.

    Treat your employees equally. No one should be treated differently. If someone is late reprimand them equally across the board.

    Have full time shifts over lap one another just a bit. 15-30 min tops. Just make sure that one shift passes all information to the next shift. Also to avoid one shift waiting to leave without knowing if/when the next shift is coming.

    Get to help the disabled always have plenty of hours

    Cons

    No raise in two years, hard to advance ,mgmt need more skills on how to keep employees ☺

    Give raises like they suppose to we work had for pennies that dont pay bills at this wage

    its a job
    they pay you on time

    very poor work environment
    very poor management staff
    awful communication
    They have their employees their social media dept fill out bogus referral on Glassdoor to give them better ratings

    Grow up stop playing favorites, communicate with your employees, develop your current talent. and pay people what they are worth.

    Pros

    Fun always changing environment. Great people at local levels. Everyday is a new challenge and never leaves you with a dull moment.

    Cons

    Business operates on a 24/7 365 basis. Opportunities to stand out are far and few between. Must be willing to re-located for full access to opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    None just keep doing what you do. It has been fine for the time I have spent.

    Pros

    This is a great company to work for. We continue to grow and have beautiful equipment. Safety is the number one priority for both employees and customers.

    Cons

    The website is out of date as well as ticket technology. We need to invest more in technology and web presence.

    Invest your people! They chose this career because they wanted to. If someone needs help improve big one of their skill sets, help them improve
