As a venture capital start up the company has the potential of great reward within the Stock Options program. The company is at a crossroads, and if it heads in the correct direction, could prove a lucrative place to work.
Senior management has been making very poor decisions and is spending the company into bankruptcy. Each employee is a shareholder, however there is very little communication to the how the company is performing.
Advice to Management
A total overhaul of the way it communicates with the employees. Perform annual reviews (minimum) with the employees to communicate level of satisfaction with performance. Stop spending/wasting money frivolously. A new direction for the company is required to survive, the terminal strategy is failing and will prove too costly to turn a profit.
