I have been working at Coalition America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very good benefits, great people, good business model, terrific location, nice offices. They have a lot of the business policies and procedures put in place to make it a successful business. I would work there again.

    Cons

They took a revenue hit which led to my job loss, and quite a few others back in 2010. Hopefully, they have a competitive business model now and are rebuilding revenues.

    Advice to Management

You have some great people working there. Invest in them with your time and money. People are your greatest asset... don't look at them as an expense.
