I have been working at Coastal Hospice full-time
Very rewarding job in a central location.
Working with death every day can take a strong emotional toll. Employees are over worked and do not get rewarded for the work they do. Management seems to forget that it is unnatural to work around death every day and that nurses need breaks too.
good people, caring environment, well respected in the community
not enough young people, more advancement opportunities
Advice to Management
put staff first
