Pros
I can say that they coach you up.
Cons
The appointments set are false and complete trash. I worked in Philadelphia and the leads were awful. Absolutely awful. They sent you to see people who said on the phone they aren't interested.
Advice to Management
Place some people locally to train up employees in a newer market.

Pros
None - this was a true nightmare.
Cons
I get insulted all day then they only give you hardly any appointments but expect you to run around on your own had all day after only giving you a couple appointments and laughing about screwing people over all day for fun. Then they steal what few appointments actually work out. I think our government will love finding out about this.
Advice to Management
Stop hiring criminals in case you aren't also.

Pros
You learn a lot if you are in sales. They do try and coach you up.
Cons
The guidance you receive is good but not enough. They are remote so it makes it hard for them to understand the challenges you face in the field. The appointments you get sent on are not great. You're working off pretty lazy leads. They make the leads sound more promising than what they are. When you get there, people act like they don't know why you're there.
Advice to Management
I would suggest they do a better job of gathering leads.

Pros
I cant think of any pros working in this company, is a waste of time.
Cons
Don't know where to begin with. first off, the appointments set by the marketing department are really bad, most of the time when i arrived to shop either the owners are not in, or they said they have already told the person (marketing rep) they are not interested. secondly, information given are incorrect/outdated, a lot of times they gave the wrong owner's name, it just makes us look so bad right from the start....

Pros
I really don't have any pros only that they don't drug screen, but then that's why you get to work with ratchet people.
Cons
Poor HR and management. They don't know how to speak to motivate their work force correctly
Advice to Management
Hire more good hearted people

Pros
You will gain invaluable sales experience in a cuthroat industry. You sell equipment lease agreements which include a nice commission. The president Travis is a really cool guy and is a blast to work with and you will learn a lot from him! They mainly go off of the Straight Line Persuasion System by Jordan Belfort , it is like gold.
Cons
Cuthroat industry, can be very easy to get discouraged. Residuals are not lifetime. You have to commit yourself to working hard period, if you don't go full out then don't apply.
Advice to Management
Maybe to encourage, have a competition where whoever sends the most interview qualifying forms in will get a bonus.
