I have been working at Cobb-Vantress full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company is an amazing. All of the people I work with take their jobs really seriously and are committed to developing competitive products. We take pride in what we do and work together to achieve results.

    Cons

You have to enjoy hard work and be able to learn quick and follow instructions. If not, you will not make it in this business. If you work out in the field, hatcheries or labs, biosecurity will play a really important role in your life. This is definitely not a job that you leave "at the office".

    Advice to Management

engage with team members and maintain a positive attitude

    Pros

    The job was fantastic

    Cons

Management, the lack of training that was provided to me before getting my own grow house.

    Advice to Management

Don't believe everything you hear. I didn't have a chance once one of my co-workers started to dislike me. Instead of management talking with me they fired me solely on her word. It was heartbreaking cause I truely loved my job.
