I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Vacation time /easy to schedule
Benefits but you pay a ton of money for them. Occasional bonus

    Cons

Zero communication . The absolute worst management I have ever seen. Very disorganized. Management would roll out ridiculous new ideas and just blame account managers if things did not go well. Management could care less about their customers . It is no wonder the sales and profits are suffering. Ill never drink another coca cola product.. .ever

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting and hiring your buddies and managers kids to upper management positions. Listen to your employees and customers. Work on communication . Nobody wants to work with a bunch of cut throats.

I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The relationships you get to build with all of your customers. The team work between a select few coworkers was excellent.

    Cons

Management. They are more concerned about their reports to pay any attention to the customers. They don't care about you or anyone within or outside the organization. Worst managers I have ever experienced in my entire career. Run away from this place if you want to enjoy your life

    Advice to Management

Replace most management. Review your managers in person not just results because your front line team produces because they have pride not because of managers doing a good job.

I worked at Coca-Cola Company (More than a year)

    Pros

Vacation time is easy to use

    Cons

Long hours, out of touch with the realities of the market, small store owners abuse the system. Tenured employees and especially district managers do what it takes to save their own skin at the expense of newer employees. High turn over.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your account managers grievances and help your team instead of throwing them under the bus
