I have been working at Coca-Cola Company (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Family Oriented company with great benefits. Education assistance or reimbursement program very great! Company offers opportunities to develop one's career goal/path.

    Cons

Although company offers great educational assistance, very few employees are aware of it. Company ought to make efforts to retain knowledgeable and experienced associates.

    Advice to Management

Although company offers great educational assistance, very few employees are aware of it. Company ought to make efforts to retain knowledgeable and experienced associates. Establish an apprentice program to replicate skilled knowledge.

I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some coworkers were good to work with

    Cons

At Coca-Cola, the training was horrible at best. Management was the same. The amount of pay received for the work that needed to be done was absurd and that's putting it mildly. Safety was not a top priority and I found that evety person that worked in my department left soon after they were hired.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is. Learn to value your employees, put safety first, increased pay for jobs that put people in harms way. Contractors SHOULD NOT MAKE MORE THAN REGULAR COCA-COLA EMPLOYEES. Better supervisors that understand the job at hand and know how to lead. Keep a steady work flow. Full time employees should not have to worry about getting a 40 hour work week. Show regular employees they are just as important as management.

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay is more than sufficient for anyone to support themselves or their family. Also there are plenty of vacation hours and paid time off if you qualify for it.

    Cons

The management makes employees feel unappreciated, overworked and disrespected. I was not paid for my vacation because a supervisor neglected to hand in the necessary paperwork and the issue was only resolved after I called human resources and filed a complaint against the supervisor.

    I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time

    Pros

Can't think of anything positive to say about this place. Best thing was getting out of there.

    Cons

Management and Human Resources are the worst thing about coca-cola refreshments. They are willing to grind through supervisors and managers to get the right person that fits their philosophy. And if you are wiling to work 70-80 hour weeks, and throw people under the bus for fun..then this place is for you. Management manages through intimidation, and ruthless micro management. Cronyism and back stabbing is par the course. If you want to have the worst job experience in your life, then by all means go to work at the Baltimore facility.

    Advice to Management

The best thing you could do is shut the plant down, and start over.
