    Pros

Freedom, ability to make your own schedule. Great pay and benefits. It was nice having holidays and weekends off. Insurance was cheap and covered a lot

    Cons

Distribution, huge disconnect between sales and distribution. Deliverys we're never on time or didn't show up. Drivers were very rude to customers

    Advice to Management

    Fix the distribution issues

I worked at Coca-Cola Company as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

From my time at Coke in Fort Worth, what I liked the most was the professional, yet friendly manner of your co-workers and management around you and they had free drink dispensers in every breakroom.

    Cons

I worked in the recycle warehouse outside the main building, so the corn syrup from disposed bottles and cans attracted a lot of bees so if you're allergic to them it can be a safety hazard.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the company success! It's no wonder Coca-Cola is the number one beverage company in the world with how you manage your operations! :)

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company (Less than a year)

    Pros

The HR department reached out to me days after applying for the job. Making it to the next step in the interview process, the company provided a wealth of great information to prepare for the interview including a day-in-the-life video of a Merchandiser. They were proactive in communicating during the hiring decision making process.

    Cons

None at this time, thank you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of over-time opportunities, excellent benefits, and easy vacation/sick time scheduling. There are scheduled times though out the day to rest and eat. Great Location.

    Cons

Temperature can wildly vary from day to day. Unexpected times when you stand in the heat or ice outside all shift. Some weeks overtime (65+ hours) will be mandatory.

    Pros

Plenty of jobs within Coca-Cola. It is easy to move around departments if you are not happy with your position.
    Competitive pay.

    Cons

There is no work/life balance. It becomes very exhausting to keep your customers happy, getting phones calls all through the night and on weekends from customers expecting immediate service.
Inability to cater to these customers will result in phone calls from management at the branch offer, regardless of the time of day or day of the week the customer is expecting immediate service.
Work weeks became 60 hour minimum weeks up to 80+ hours with time on the phone in order to not have complaints logged against you. Complaints would result in write ups and/or termination.
Very hard to have any enjoyment outside of work.

    Advice to Management

Keep in mind normal work hours that Coca-Cola has issued for help to be in the market and do not expect employees to be available 24/7 in order to cater to customers.

    Pros

    Great pay, benefits, and perks

    Cons

Lack of communication among departments, always get the short hand of the stick with customers, too much work put in just by picking up slack for customers not following your direction

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I like pretty much everything about working for Coca Cola.

    Cons

Part Time positions are the only issues that really need to be addressed.

    Advice to Management

Provide more full time positions. By providing so many part time positions you create a revolving door wasting opportunities to develop a base of employees that want to see your product succeed.
