This company was by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. From leadership to the job itself it was an overall wonderful experience. The staff is always welcoming I honestly miss this company the only reason I don’t work at Coca Cola is because I had some personal issues to resolve that unfortunately forced me to resign. But I highly recommend this job to anyone looking especially anyone looking to grow within a company Coca Cola is the right place!
Cons
I have no Cons for Coca Cola Consolidated.

Pros
Good Resume Builder because everyone recognizes the brand, but that is about it
Cons
Where to start? Firstly - I'd like to add the disclaimer that this is for Coke Consolidated Inc (or whatever entity they go by now) that is HQed in Charlotte, NC - not the Atlanta based company. They criminally underpay people. They use their brand to attract talent and then don't back it up with pay or culture. Like any company, there are good people that work here, but management very much encourages the "drinking of the kool-aid" mentality. They churn through drivers like crazy! Mass hiring people to work 80+ hour weeks because they don't feel like hiring enough people to create a manageable workload. They have a nepotism policy that prohibits you from working here if you have another full time relative in the company. This only applies to the general masses though, as much of the executive leadership team is related, married, etc. Career progression is bleak. I would imagine the executives have it made pretty well, because they stay in the role for 20+ years, but that puts a severe ceiling on progression for anyone else that isn't related to the executive team. Overall - don't waste your time - look elsewhere!

Your co workers mostly great people. Technology welcomed compared to other places. Home daily.
Cons
Management is horrible from local level all the way up the chain. Your issues mean nothing to them. If you can show up shut up and go home like a good little soldier and work 6 days a week then this is the place for you. Trust me your better off investing your career in other companies. I've seen them walk out 40 year guys like there yestersays trash.
