      Pros

401k match, decent benefits. Great brand partners and some really good people on the frontline.

      Cons

Not even sure where to start. I could write down a hundred cons for every one positive aspect of this company. Corporate in Charlotte sit behind a computer and just changes things to just change things. There are so many people that are absolutely useless while frontline leadership and frontline blue collar workers get trimmed down to the bare minimum. Covid caused more knee jerk reactions and the good and loyal employees are starting to leave in droves. You can’t take full time jobs and put them on plates of people who are already overworked and under appreciated. The moral is shocking. The people are tired and the people are fed up. I cannot recall ever hearing of someone that believed that they felt valued. One Team is a smoke in mirrors app the company created to show off “how they care about their employees and community”. Just like the fake purpose statement they hide behind. If you truly cared about the people that kill theirselves for you how about giving them some support or appreciation. Supplying bags of candy around the branches is a complete joke. Get out of Charlotte, the stay at home order is over and your people are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

      Pros

1st shift is nice and the pay is decent. But it’s a lot of back breaking work. Most of the supervisors are cool.

      Cons

The Company itself is honestly really bad. They say they are about in god we trust but they don’t act like it . You see every coke consolidated plant going on stirke across the nation. Out of stocks are a big issue. The company could care less about the employees all they want is to see profit they expect perfection and work you like a dog. They take equipment away and hourly pay away from you because they are a greedy, cheap company wanting to save all the pennies they possibly can. They also don’t give second chances but i know god would always give somebody a second chance. The Toledo is down so many people in all 3 departments because people are starting to realize what the company actually is. You’re stuck working an extra 2-3 hours each day due to no help and lack of equipment. Trucks and power jacks are breaking down every other day. The company is bringing the moral down in every department. The company is basically a car going downhill with no breaks and it’s sad to see.

      Pros

Get paid federal rate for mileage

      Cons

Job is daily rate which means you get paid $130-$160 a day no matter how long you work that day. Overtime is prorated at $6-$7 an hour over 40 hours and not the federal overtime rate. Most days are 10-12 hours long and you will be working a 6 day work week because they are always short personnel. People call out daily so instead of working 4 stores, it will go to 5 or 6 stores. Summer time is coming so the orders quantities in stores will only increase. You will work 70-80 hours a week only to bring home $1000-$1300 every two weeks ($500-$700 weekly) Job needs to go back to hourly rate/full overtime rate rather than daily rate/prorated overtime.

      Pros

Lots of opportunities in charlotte within CCCI. System operator jobs are paid well. Forklift pay is competitive.

      Cons

Laborers are underpaid and overworked. Forklift and system operators cover labor rolls most days due to callouts. 1st hours are set, 2nd shift hours are until finished. The system and warehouse feels like hell in the summer.
