      Pros

Working on you're own most days. Freedom to manage the Territory you have independently.

      Cons

Where does one begin? No team environment. Managers At each others throat. They preach ONE TEAM that is not even the case. They Sneak behind you to try to get people in trouble. Distribution Management's is a Joke they do nothing all day besides Eat and sneak behind the AD'S. Drivers are lazy they don't fill the products most of the time just drop in the backroom and get away with it. LONG DAYS. Zero Work life Balance. They pay is terrible for all the expectations you are responsible for. Vacation policy is very outdated. I could go on. If you need a job take it, if not Run! My old Branch just lost about 10 people in 3 weeks in a pandemic. That should say something to the Higher up leadership when the branch only employees around 50-60! Almost forgot if you have large store Accounts even worse Merchandisers are told to get in and get out which means store are not worked properly and you have to hear about it and deal with store management about it. Overall CCBCC turned this from a Sales job to just being an order taker. All and one last thing they keep cutting Postions left and right and adding more work for the same pay. Pepsi is the Competition! But you would never know that at the Staunton, VA branch. As they consider the employees that. They go after each other more then the Competition.

Great work/life balance (at corporate office)

      Pros

I think pros/cons really depend on your department, manager, and branch. The folks in sales seemed to work much longer hours, always on the road, etc. The folks in PRGM were always extremely busy around time for annual planning and budgeting, but outside of that it didn't see too bad. Our manager was flexible with us working from home, as long as the quality of our work did not decline. At the corporate office Fridays were usually very relaxed and it wasn't uncommon to head out around 2-3. But again I think this is dependent on which team you support. Overall I enjoyed working for the company, particularly due to the work/life balance I had. Other positives are that you get your own cubicle and if you like to travel the company encourages you to visit other branches to learn about the business.

      Cons

      Pay is below market rate
