I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to drive a Company Car
You get to use a Mobile Phone with a Work App
They give you a Laptop to work with

    Cons

    Two-Faced Conceited Team Members
    Promotion based on favouritism
    Sexist Gender Politics
Fake Multiculturalism (Ticking a Box/1 in 1 out)
Racist undertones within Old Boys Network
    Overworked Underpaid
    Profits/Money wasted on corporate events/conferences
Lack of transparency and honesty from head office
Bonus payments are not worth the stress!
Coca-Cola is unhealthy and sales are slowing down
This is NOT the Coca-Cola Company it's a distributor BIG difference!
Your Apps and Websites are terrible and your sales data is out of date

    Advice to Management

Management need to downsize. Too many cooks are in the kitchen literally! Sack lazy fat cats in head office and pay your field workers more salary and bonus. Stop wasting Money on posh hotels and expensive conferences which just slow down productivity. No point going to a gala dinner the day before a bonus target deadline. Set reasonable targets and reward strong performers with promotions and payrises. If someone is a below average performer why should they get paid more because they have worked longer? It's a sales role so pay staff based on performance and not years served in each role. The lifers are destroying this company because they are scared to leave their comfortable roles.
