    Pros

    Payed was better than average and benefits were okay albeit a little pricey. Worked with some very talented people who cared deeply.

    Cons

    Work life balance is bad, Culture is 30 years behind the times for effective system reliability program. Upper and middle management cant see past current state with respect to future state.

    Advice to Management

    Culture change is needed!

    Pros

    The corporate culture offers a good salary for most, very competitive benefits, opportunity for occasional international travel, flexible hours, option to telecommute, and advancement on the business side. Leadership, including vice presidents and the CIO, offers individual employees the ability to speak directly to them when the situation fits. Competent support teams allow engineers to focus primarily on development.

    Cons

    Because operations are in Europe, US employees occasionally are required to keep early morning hours for up to a week at a time. Employees sometimes must travel with only a day or two notice, although management has been aware of travel needs weeks in advance. There is no technical track for advancement beyond senior analyst level.

    Advice to Management

    Offer an advanced technical track to encourage IT employees to stay and continue building their careers. Work to communicate travel details as far in advance as possible, to make a more cost-efficient process.

    Cons

    if you are doing sideload, prepare to need back surgery somewhere down the line in your life.

    Advice to Management

    give all side load drivers a helper! or atleast make it less than 15 stops a route.

    Worked in various positions here, had some issues in the begining but good once small issues were resolved.

    Computers are horrible, need to upgrade technology

    Pros

    Decent pay and health insurance

    Cons

    Unstable company that will lay you off and send your job overseas no matter how hard you work and make you train your replacement. Will also tell you no retaliation if you report a problem to HR but will find a way to do it anyway. A company where you have to be liked to get ahead. This pertains mainly to the collections department.

    Advice to Management

    Promote based on merit and stop favoring your froends

    Coworkers, Access to free drinks daily, Paid Weekly.

    Cons

    Don't be fooled by the company name. Worst call center ever employees take 150-250 calls nonstop all day. Management seems nice but is very gossipy. They do have high turn over rate than normal call center. You honestly feel like a indentured servant working for this company. Please beware and have a back up job offer

    Advice to Management

    Management is laughable they don't really take employees input serious. There's so many ways that the business could be ran smoothly and they fail to meet you halfway.

    Pros

    Stability. Perks. It's fun to be able to get tickets and discounts to events or programs. Nobody is going to stop drinking anytime soon.

    Cons

    Long hours. Work holidays. We work really early in the morning so time with family is hard to come by. Pay isn't outstanding.

    Advice to Management

    More incentives.
