    Pros

    If, you love soda this is the place to work cause you get deals on buying the soda you love.

    Cons

    Pay is TERRIBLE!! They work you like a slave and you don't get compensated for it at all. They want you to work past your shifts and if you can't they frown upon that and threaten your job.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees more for all the hard work they do.

    Not much training, sends you right into the battlefield

    Company has a tradition in investing in its employees. It is growing and expand around the world, open new opportunities to everyone. Good pay and vacation time.

    Cons

    Very conservative, bureaucratic, top bottom type of decision making, too mexican centric, monocultural, needs to learn to invest in diversity, machismo and homophobism present

    Advice to Management

    FEMSA needs to invest more in all sort of diversity if it wants to succeed in a truly international arena. It has to be more open to risks as well

    challenging tasks were given to interns but, the employees are very welcoming and the work environment is commendable.

    Personally, I don't have any bad experience during my stay there.
