    I have been working at Cocola Bakery part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I work at a different Cocola Bakery, but it's the same thing.

    The only thing that's good was making yourself a drink or have a pastries during down time.

    Cons

    Working longer hours than I had agreed to when I started.

    Hard to communicate with the manager regarding schedule changes.

    Advice to Management

    Get better manager and try to work around your employee's availability. Try to understand some situations about employees. I have a hard time getting to work, and I don't think my manager understands that

    Pros

    Only good reason to work here is to eat free pastries and make good coffee during slow hours.

    Cons

    Poor management. Horrible scheduling and overworked.

    Advice to Management

    Work on scheduling better and using discipline towards employees.

    Pros

    The foods are the best reason to work here. Everything looks good and taste good. Also the employees there are pretty generous.

    Cons

    The cons about this job is that you have to clean a lot and everyday. If you want to avoid cleaning so much i suggest working morning shifts.

    Advice to Management

    When they interview me, there was already 50 applicants and the reason why i was choosen because of my coffee experience for 2 and a half year. If you want to apply i suggest having some experience before applying.
