      Pros

      The team at Code Labs Academy is wonderful. Everyone I worked with was committed to creating a positive work atmosphere for everyone. The projects I took on were diverse and challenging. I would recommend working with them.

      Cons

      The company is young and that can be felt in some aspects of internal communication and company actions. No major cons though.
