Pros

They are good at taking fake reviews from their employees on Glassdoor as well as other platforms like google etc.

They have a habit of firing developers for no reason. Don't believe me? Ok well you have linkedin. Don't ask their current employees, Go ask their Former Employees. Fun fact, Most of them will tell you how they were fired over night and company didn't even give salary and documents to them. A piece of advice to the fellow developers reading this review, If you are serious about your career even a bit. Don't even give interview to this company. First of all their interview process is just a time pass for them as even if you clear all the rounds and get informed by them that you are selected for __ CTC. Their HR head COO Mansi Garg doesn't roll out the offer letter and and keep you waiting for more then a month, ignores your text messages and emails, doesn't even bother to reply you back. Also, once you are onboard, you will work under their Project Manager who is also CO-CEO Sakshi Aggarwal. I've worked with many companies and managers globally, I think I'm qualified to say that she is the worst manager ever. She decides all the timelines of the projects without even consulting to the developers or the leads of any particular technologies. And you are not allowed to raise any doubts about the timelines given by her. If she said some feature will be done in 2 days, as a developer even If you know deep down that It will take 7 days, you can't ask for that. It's simply not allowed. Also, If in a client project, there is a requirement to use a paid library that has billing, She is the one who decides which library to use, without even considering the downside of that library or how much billing it would generate. Nor does she bother to consult these kinda things with clients and Leads/Developers. She just wants a developer to immediately start working on whatever she said. And If as a developer or a Lead Developer, you do research and raise these points like billing and stability of the library, as any good developer would do before starting on something, trust me you'll be fired in no time. Now, If you implemented a library like she said. and when she shows the build to client. and If and only If that client asks if this will generate any billing, she then goes into the research on how much billing it would generate. And most of the time, then you have to find an alternate library for that with cheaper cost and clean up the code, redo all the work again with that library only because she didn't listen to the developers or the Leads. But this time you won't have that much time as you had earlier to implement the new library because the project deadline will be gone by then and It will be somehow the DEVELOPER's fault. (You might be fired for this too). For new joiners - Codeaegis is a kind of company, that doesn't have management with common sense. As a new joiner, they will not give you time to get familiar with the codebase/ source code of the existing project that will be assigned to you. They will straight away start giving you major features and bug fixings and by the end of the day you are required to solve all of the bugs and complete new features also (just to give you a figure, consider 20-25 bugs) as a new joiner. That's the kind of treatment you'll get as a new joiner. I'm only writing this review to save your career guys. Don't take risk with your career. Also, please don't join a fraud company like Codeaegis Pvt Ltd.

Pros

I have worked there for few months but as after working not even a week I got to know the worst work culture and toxicity through management. Regarding finding bugs if you are finding it you are responsible to solve it too. If you are working as QA you are the lead here/PM here and you are sole responsible for any issue in the project no matter is it issues created by developer. There are so much worse things than this.

Cons

They don't know difference between improvement and bugs They don't meaning of active listening and good leadership They will provoke you to work on weekends Any new discussion will automatically burden upon you Even UI fixed by management have any issues it's your responsibility why didn't you pointed out. And somehow you pointed and fixed that you get to hear why are you using your own brain / mzaa ni aa rha and so many things

Pros

Helpful colleagues and provide microwave to heat your food in break

Cons

Doesn't give salaries on time, they have deducted 2 months 25% salaries and did not given back to any employee. Management is the worst they harass their employees mentally. When you want to leave the company then they don't give salary of notice period
