      Pros

      The new leadership team is outstanding and helps the teammates to be successful. Training that takes place here exceeds anything learned in school. This company is on top of the industry standards and is up to date in its technology.

      Cons

      Benefits package is not as comparable as larger companies, CodeOne makes up for it other areas.
