Great pay and a flexible work schedule that works around your school life

Cons

Disorganized with unclear documentation. They also don't really prepare you that much for your role and at times, when instructions are unclear or you don't know what to do, management cannot be reached.

Pros

- A lot of the times you learn alongside your students, no matter which course you teach - For common problems and set-up, there is always help - Very flexible; if you could not make it to a shift, finding a replacement via Homebase was not difficult

Cons

- Can be disorganized - Students who are younger and cannot type very fast require a lot of time to fill out "Happiness Surveys" at the end of the sessions and sometimes cut into the lesson times. - Lugging case full of Equipment to and from storage and the EP school is physically difficult if you are weak and cannot lift
