Senior Financial Analyst
Hi, I recently received a job offer of 100k that said their base cap was 95k, should I or can I counteroffer, if so to what would be reasonable? And I've been interviewing with other companies as well and this company isn't my first choice. Can I accept/counter the offer as I see if the companies (of choice) will give me an offer?
It will all work out in the end. I just want to remind everyone that job rejection is just part of the process and try not to get too down if you haven’t landed that new role. What’s yours will be yours at the end of the day. Just remember something bigger and better is coming along!

Pays somewhat reasonable fees for appraisals
It is a challenge to actually get paid. They constantly use the excuse that their accounting department is undergoing some changes...or the person that cuts the checks is out sick or on vacation.

NO PROS, THEY ARE DEAD BEATS!
Out of business and beat me out of $1,800 for appraisal fees. Directed by the accounting department to contact FVC Bank and to an attorney representing the bank. These contacts do not answer or call me back, in other words, giving me the run-around. They were always slow to pay, but did pay. Now they are finished and I'm filing a complaint with the Florida State Dept of Business and Occupational Affairs, Filing a claim with the Palm Beach County Courthouse against them, the lenders and borrowers. Also, against FVC bank, who from what I've been told, are collecting Coester's accounts receivables. As Coester was an agent for the lenders, the lenders are responsible for payments as they benefited financially due to my efforts. I may even place the borrowers in the complaint and the claim. One way or another, I will get paid.Continue reading

I have Nothing good to say.
Coester does not pay its appraisers for work performed. Started with promises to pay, then an actual date of payment, followed by no payment and now they no longer answer their phones. I have to assume that no one is being paid. All appraisers' money has gone into the pocket of Brian Coester. The banks and mortgage companies that are using this AMC should do their own ordering of Appraisals. Appraisers will be looking to them now for payment.Continue reading
