Advice to management at Coface would be needs more involvement to make sure goals are met. As for Security Life Insurance, the employees only work field and must use own vehicle.

    Pros

Flexibility, good work-life balance, and no real pressure from management.

    Cons

Please avoid this company if you can. There no absolutely no training, you are left on your own to learn and figure out the systems. There has no raises in past two years even though the company is profitable. There is no communication between you and your manager. No room innovation or new ideas. And the turnover rate is really high in various departments. New employees do not last more than a month.

    Advice to Management

Needs to change the culture of the company. Start training the employees, promote growth and motivate your employees to do good.

    Pros

Valuable information in training, great people to work with and positive attitude. You get what you put in.

    Cons

I dont like how, as a new hire in small balance, you are given such a short time-frame before you are required to hit a $10,000/month fee quota and if you dont you are let go. I think that needs restructuring.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

    I Can't think of any,

    Cons

Management is difficult to communicate with, large disconnect, very impatient no sense of a team or crew effort, field training absent and had to find my way in the deliverable process. Upper management was always too busy to be contacted. Meetings always canceled at the last minute,

    Advice to Management

Change your model of business, or work with new agencies.

    Pros

Nice paycheck, commissions never transpire. High employee turnover, no real traction made considering the size of potential market.

    Cons

1.Paris is disconnected with New Jersey.
2.Good luck getting answers or a real bid while in the field. Markets are very small and competitors get into bidding wars. Worse than car sales people.

    Advice to Management

Invest in a long term marketing and branding campaign targeting your markets.
