    Pros

Professional organization with lots of growth opportunities and movement within. Great learning and working place for international development work. Good team mates

    Cons

A lot of changes at leadership level, limited capacity to pursue available business opportunities due to capacity.

    Advice to Management

Design business development unit to focus on region rather than practice areas as practice capacity area varies. Also be aggressive and go getters

    Pros

People are supper friendly, senior management listens to people, a lot of opportunities beyond your job description as long as you show your capability and willingness to do new things

    Cons

Too many changes of the organization structure and acquisition. It's expanding so big and so fast. Turn over is high.

I worked at Coffey International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They treat their staff well through well-being programmes and training.
    Working from home is normal.

    Cons

The salary is really poor in comparison to direct competitors in the market. To be promoted you have to make sure that you are friends/friendly with your line manager.
It is a very fast paced environment - which often require you to work late and over weekends.
The working culture is very much about winning work to keep the company afloat.

I have been working at Coffey International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, easy to get leave, relaxed environment, professional colleagues. Senior, associate, principal engineers are easy to approach.

    Cons

Very low salary. Expect to be paid 50-60k as a graduate and very little chances of engineering work. You'll be a glorified labourer, unless you have PhD then you will be able to do some design work. The structure is split between investigation and design and there are very little chances to bridge between. There is no structure or plans for your future as a Jnr Engineer/Graduate, there are no checklist to make sure you are trained well as a geotechnical engineer. They will not train you to fill in the skill gaps but rather hire new people. There are barely any junior engineers that want to stay here. High turn over rate.

Snr/principal engineers very well know how the office structure works but continues to run the business the same way in the past 5-6 years. Can't win any interesting long term jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up...
