Pros
Great opportunities to advance within the store you work at and allacross the country at our other locations. Company prefers internal promoting.
Cons
As with all retail environments, working late hours, weekends and Holidays.

Pros
They will hire anyone who walks in the door
Cons
They are managed poorly. This is a catch/close company. They don't advertise they just expect the "Coggin" and "Toyota" names to bring customers in. If your not in the internet department you don't get your fair share of the customers. They change paperwork in the business offices on customers. They cheat on the Toyota surveys and penalize people when they say anything. They let some employees deal drugs on the property in the back left corner at night. This is the worst company I ever worked for in my live. This is NOT a safe place to work. Coggin should be ashamed !!!

Pros
I have been in the sales department for over 4 years and I can honestly say that this is the best company I have ever worked for. Fantastic pay plan, very easy going management staff, strong benefits with 401k matching!
Cons
The only complaint I have have is that the hours can be a little long. But that is expected in a cars sales environment at any dealership.

Used me while upper management went on three hour lunch breaks everyday!

Product and new facility only!!!
Cons
No one cares if you are able to make a paycheck or not. They are too busy taking 3 hour lunch breaks everyday and making the new people train the newest people hired while they play at lunch and the shooting range.
