Great product, leadership mistakes
May 24, 2023 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great people mid level down, product with good market fit. Enabler of ai. Perfect timing. People work hard everyday to meet the ever changing direction of leadership.
Cons
Executive leadership does not know how to motivate a small organization. CEO recently asked employees to give positive reviews on Glassdoor. Said we should talk about new maternity/paternity leave policy that regulations don’t require. Told employees they would never forget the day the company went public, even though most employees do not have significant equity positions.
