I have been working at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Getting your foot in the door offers you an incredibly amazing learning experience. If you don't have the years of experience most jobs look for, you will have opportunity here at entry level.

    Cons

Where do I start... Compensation, HR unorganized, onboarding struggles, no clear cut success plan, consistently inconsistent, & over worked, under valued.

    Advice to Management

Get it together. Too many chefs in the kitchen all with a disconnected opinion. Listen and value those working in the trenches... If you don't, attrition will follow.

    Pros

Some managers are good, good benefits

    Cons

Some managers are just terrible, there are junior folks who try to increase the client account and in the process ruin the Cognizant name brand. Upper management is terrible.

    Advice to Management

The company overall is good. But treat all employees respectfully especially US employees. Give importance to job satisfaction for the consultants.

    3. Fix your internal processes - too many inefficiencies in the current structure
