I worked at Cohn & Wolfe full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

This is great place to work for young college grads looking to gain great experience and make new friends. There are frequently office parties, happy hours, buddy lunches and other events to help build a tight knit company culture.

    Cons

Salaries and raises are on the low end.

    Advice to Management

    Improve salary bands.

I worked at Cohn & Wolfe full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There were some cool people. The best I got out of people was when I left the company.

    Cons

No work life balance, poor culture, poor middle management.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to middle management and make sure they're giving constructive criticism not demeaning the entry level staff.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Cohn & Wolfe for more than a year

    Pros

Nice people, plenty of work to do, great leadership, lots of lunch from leftover meeting food, great agency to work on multiple client accounts and get involved with teams, fun holiday parties, decent culture

    Cons

low pay for the amount of work, cubicles (personal con), entry-level position is basically a full-time internship (no benefits), never able to work overtime

    Advice to Management

There's no way the new hires can feel valued when they receive such low pay without benefits in the expensive NYC

I worked at Cohn & Wolfe for more than a year

    Pros

Cohn& Wolfe is a great environment to start in as an intern (they call them account coordinators). You can get a lot of good hands on experience

    Cons

There is absolutely no work-life balance to speak of. In the interview, they mentioned that said that most people worked until 6 but in reality most people in the office dont leave until seven or eight, even the interns

    Advice to Management

Its great that they give their interns so much experience but they should not be staying until eight every night.

    Pros

Lots of room for growth, positive people, willing to teach you the ropes.

    Cons

Have to spend a lot of time "proving" yourself, should have a wider variety of accounts.
