RecommendsNeutral OutlookI worked at Coil Master full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great people, best boss anyone could hope for, and plenty of freedom to learn and improve your skills.
Cons
Lower end of the salary range, and little distance out of town.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Coil Master for more than a year
Pros
I don't see any pros because the HR Department is so unprofessional. If you are not in their click, then you won't get hired.
Cons
It's better not to have an education; therefore, the HR won't discriminate.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI have been working at Coil Master
Pros
The people there to have that laid-back southern personality, which makes for nice co-workers.
Cons
As mentioned, the pay is entry-level, and not good - regardless of your experience. Rather than promote from within, they bring in outsiders, so advancement is practically non-existent. Management also seems to have a disregard for their customer base. CoilMaster does not honor sales agreements with it's customers, and the sales reps are the ones that have to give an explanation for the firm's unethical behavior.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI have been working at Coil Master full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
The best reasons to work for Coilmaster are the people. Everyone shares e a laid back attitude. We also are involved with each other's lives; talking frequently about our families, weekends, travels, etc. Communication concerning work between departments sometimes falls flat, but on a personal level we are very open and welcoming.
Cons
Coilmaster likes to under-pay and under-staff the offices. We follow the rule that we need someone with 10 years of experience willing to work for entry level pay. There is also no room for advancement. If you are hired for a particular position, you will stay in that position until you are let go. It is a medium sized manufacturing company in the middle of no where, so maybe this is all standard.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI worked at Coil Master
Pros
Its an American owned company.
Cons
Pay is... not good. Advancement is extremely limited.. and usually does not happen. Management does not listen to reason often and equipment is purchased based on cost first, not whethere or not its up to the job we needed.
