    Pros

$ - that is the only good thing here. The pay won't last if you yo don't play along with the Charade

    Cons

Lack of leadership and Sr experience leads to a high school atmosphere with mistrust and sabotage in areas of weakness

    Advice to Management

Replace your most senior people, or get advice from someone that has actually brought products to market. You are playing with Amateurs

    Pros

It been a year so I would not know what perks are left. You get a phone for company use.

    Cons

The company changed it's coin field from techs to service people and are paying them half of what they used to pay. Over the last year they have pushed out all the long time techs for people that can only do cleaning on the units. Managers are trying to cover for lack of techs.

    Advice to Management

Remember you get the kind of employee you pay for. Your turn over is killing your field service.

    Pros

    Free Food and free DVDs

    Cons

    Way too many to list

    Advice to Management

Be honest with your employees, don’t just talk about integrity, rather practice and believe in it. Having a bunch of lame and dis-honest manager will ultimately fail you. Promote with in rather than off the street

    "Not a place for women"

    Star Star Star Star Star

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

The people used to be fantastic. The benefits were good, but under Apollo's new management who knows how long they'll last.

    Cons

The former President/recently-appointed CEO - Jim Gaherity - cut a number of high-ranking women in the latest round of layoffs. When appointing his new leadership team, only the men received c-level titles, while the two women on the leadership team received lower titling. I've also heard him say that men work better and more efficiently than women. This makes me concerned about my growth potential as a female employee under his stead.

He cares solely about the bottom line, and doesn't realize that embracing diversity and taking care of your people often leads to an improved bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Don't underestimate the power of women in the workforce. Get rid of Jim and his cronies, or more of your good employees - especially female ones like me - will leave.

    Pros

Overall Good Company to work for, Good company values & ethics, Great Benefits and most importantly some great talented friendly people.

    Cons

*Very poor lower level management, Disgraceful in fact, worst I have encountered in my career so far which only emphasises flaws in upper management. Easily rectified. Once these issues have been addressed as they will have to be at some point I feel this will again be a company that anyone would be proud to be a part of.

    Advice to Management

Please attend some courses and engage with your staff with a more level headed approach after all without the managed their are no managers! ............or just enjoy until you are found out.

    Pros

    Free movies and free snacks.

    Cons

They take no ownership of Performance Management. Everyone here is on a PIP, set up to fail and then let go. They have no interest in keeping good employees by offering them chances to succeed. I'm amazed at the incompetence.

    Advice to Management

Fire everyone in HR and start all over again. Why do you need 40 people in your HR Organization?
