I have been working at Coit Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Opportunity for advancement, Many long term employees, With a little hard work you can write your own future, from Cleaning Specialist, to Management, to Franchise Ownership. The list of franchise owners who started in an entry level position is long.

    Cons

Hard work but the reward is worth it.

    Advice to Management

I'm happy to say the management has been good to me for over 19 years.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Coit Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Paid commission, usually off by 4.

    Cons

No retirement, no career advancement, only $80 day paid vacation, poor office atmosphere, no structure, poor forgotten procedures, unsafe equipment, terrible communication, current employees bad talk franchise, must work every other Saturday and your on call 24/7. Finally no training, the current employees do not get paid extra to train and since they make COMMISSION, training slows them down so the new guy gets to watch. Again no chemical safety training provided.

    Advice to Management

Unlearn, then relearn. Apply safety procedures. Give back to your company. Invest into your employees, instead installing fear.

I have been working at Coit Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

decent pay, decent hours, friendly co workers, usually off around 3 or 4 pm, set schedule, employee discount, extended training time.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

get more equipment so everyone can be outfitted equally rather than trying to borrow from someone else on the fly.

Do what must be done when it comes to safety. Some management is unfit for the job yet have it anyway??

    Pros

    Cons

My particular manager was incredibly hostile, screaming at employees and slamming his door and punching his desk. I felt like I was having a panic attack everyday before walking into the office.

I have been working at Coit Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Potentially A Really Good Place To Work At. Very Eclectic Bunch Of Folks There From All Walks Of Life . Its A Little Different Ever Day ...

    Cons

Salaries Are Not Great, My Personal Situation For Dissatisfaction Deals With My Agreed To Pay Base Being Changed On Me. With Out A Cursory Notification. I Was Then Told That It Was My " Misunderstanding" Of How Coit Works. ( THIS Was From The HR Person Who Hired Me ) I Went From A Promised And Signed On Base Plus Commission Pay Plan To 100 % Commission ONLY .Plan..

    Advice to Management

Supply Your Sales Personnel With Phones, So They May Call Both The Office AND The Customers. Please Don't Suggest That The Sales Rep Should Change His Or Her Personal Phone Plan To Suit Coits Needs.. Allow The Sales Force To Use Computers AT Work. So They Can Route There Days, Not Have To Take Work Home ( While Again NOT Being Paid For It )
