I worked at Cold Stone Creamery part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-they hired me when i was only 15!!
-my manager was very forgiving when it came to making mistakes
-the people working were mostly my age
    -customers were generally pleasant

    Cons

-can get a little boring if you work the dead shift, i worked from 3ish to 6ish every day and sometimes not a single person would come in, especially in the winter.
-sometimes there's a line out the door and that can be kinda scary for a new/young worker, BUT you just have to be pleasant and pretty much pretend nothings wrong, and like i said, customers were generally super patient and easy to deal with.

    Advice to Management

i don't have much advice to management, other than to continue being patient with new employees. this is a lot of people's first jobs, so u gotta be patient.

I worked at Cold Stone Creamery part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    *Fun work place environment
    *Decent discounts

    Cons

*Sometimes co-workers would just be talking in the back
*Can get very busy and taxing especially if you close at night

    Advice to Management

If your location gets extremely busy, hire more people so the place runs smoother and your rating stays good. Other wise less worker=slower lines=bad reviews.

Free ice cream, air conditioning, tips, and the atmosphere is very laid back, some employees dont even wear their full uniform. Good for high school students or first time job seekers.

    Cons

the cleaning, the customers and some of the employees are incompetent at times. not usually busy so it can be boring

I worked at Cold Stone Creamery part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Intended to be a friendly atmosphere, good coworkers, and of course free ice-cream! Tips are always a plus too.

    Cons

Terrible Owners..literally cut me and other employees pay without telling us. They were very cheap and not involved. Scheduling was rather difficult when I had other commitments going on.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest being more involved with your employees, building a better relationship and providing a more healthy and sanitary work place.
